Coomba Park-Western Shores of Wallis Lake, 43km from Forster Tuncurry.
Coomba Park is approx a 2 hr drive from Newcastle or 4 hr drive from Sydney. Travel along the Pacific Highway and turn right just after Buladelah, onto the Lakesway (this is clearly sign posted).
Travel along the Lakesway for 35km, passed Myall Lakes, through Bungwahl, past Smiths Lake and Sandbar turnoffs.
Coomba Park turnoff is a further 1km on the left (again clearly sign posted). Once on Coomba Road drive 22km alongside Wallis Lake to the village of Coomba Park. This scenic drive takes approx 20-25 minutes.
If you're coming from the NORTH:
Take the left turn off the freeway, 8.5 kilometres south of Taree onto The Lakes Way, heading towards Forster. Drive through Tuncurry and Forster and continue on The Lakes Way.
About 2.5 kilometres past the turnoff to Boomerang and Blueys beaches (Pacific Palms), take the right turn to Coomba Park (Coomba Road).
Drive approximately 22 kilometres and you're there.
